Transition

Wayfinders participants are supported in ensuring their transition into their chosen community is structured and goal-oriented enabling the participant to have a productive and fulfilling life in the setting of their choosing. Each participant collaborates with family, the regional center, and Wayfinders staff to develop a transition plan. This includes identifying a transition community and researching appropriate accommodation, employment, further education, and community involvement opportunities.
