Current Practices:
Fresno County Superintendent of Schools CASC program leadership  @ least quarterly   Currently, the program leadership has worked with Fresno County Superintendent of Schools CASC program leadership on establishing a collaborative system for identifying completers who are in an administrator position and are in the CASC clear program. For example, the Fall 2021 CASC Clear Credential cohort has 65 completers enrolled, 20 (30.8 %) of which are completers from FS PASC. Identifying who the completers are, gathering their current contact information, and collaborating with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools CASC program to provide ongoing support (i.e., CalAPA) and development/training opportunities will allow the faculty in the FS program to maintain the relationships and continue supporting completers.  P12 Program Coordinator and CASC Program Coordinator  Number of completers attaining an administrator position and enrolled in CASC. Also, completing CASC.  Working on developing methods of ongoing supports for completers, ongoing alumni involvement, and gathering completer information. 
Future Practices:
As the FS PASC program moves forward in providing ongoing support to program completers, the program will expand county CASC partnerships to include both Tulare and Kings to round out connections with the service area completers and effectively log what completers have been an administrator position and are in progress or finished a CASC program successfully. This will include obtaining data on the CASC participants in those regions who are completers of the FS PASC program and contact information for continued alumni engagement. @ least quarterly  Include outskirt county offices as well for completers who go through other CASC programs. P12 Program Coordinator and CASC Program Coordinators Number of completers attaining an administrator position and enrolled in CASC. Also, completing CASC. Current Practices:
Chi Sigma Iota (CSI) Events   These  events provide professional development opportunities for current students, and they reach out to alumni to facilitate programs or serve as guest speakers or attend the event for their continuous professional development. Currently, the attendance of alumni is limited. In future, we need to make greater efforts to promote the CSI events among alumni. CSI Executive Board (current students in the dept)    
Individual Advising for completers/alumni when needed   Individual alumni often reach out for advising purposes especially when they are applying for Ph.D., want to publish their thesis or research project, and transitioning to new job. Faculty helps them in the process of writing manuscripts, co-authoring articles, and preparing their cover letters, resume, and interview skills to prepare for new job opportunity School Counseling and dept faculty whom the completers/alumni reach out to most via emails.  Faculty meet with students and alumni to support them throughout their professional journey. Chi Sigma Iota Events          We will continue to support current students and alumni. The alumni often serve as guest speakers but we can create more opportunities to support the alumni.
Completers survey         In order to follow up with alumni five years after graduation, we will  preparing a survey that we will then administer.

Current Practices:
The program encourages candidates to join their professional organization for support and education resources and connection with the local school nurse community.    To give candidates access to current resources, scholarships, professional development, networking,current medical/nursing information and community agency resources.. The program provides a meet and greet session at the annual CSNO state conference.   The ability to meet face to face with potential and past candidates and their preceptors.  This meeting educates those interested in the program and provides a personal touch. Development of an end of program survey   To insure the program meets the current needs of school nurses and assist with evaluation of the program’s practices.  Coordinators and faculty The survey will provide valuable programmatic information on candidate success or lack of.  Develop a survey and pilot for it for 2022.
