- California Teaching Fellows: I co-created the Teaching Fellows program in 1997 with Steve Price. This program was based on my work with the California Mini-Corps Program and research I conducted at the University of Southern California. The first ten years of its existence was led by my efforts in institutionalizing it as a support system for schools in the Central Valley.
- Education and Leadership Fellows: The original Teaching Fellows program is now partnering with the ELF foundation to provide educational support services to central valley schools.
