Building Coherence for Instructional Improvement (BCII)
Internal Coherence Training
Internal Coherence (IC) training is designed to help school leadership teams—the principal and teacher leaders (LTs) create organizational conditions that support instructional improvement, focusing on their unique site-based teaching and learning priorities.
Vision
Build the capacity of participating schools to establish and sustain a powerful school culture focused by the evolving challenges and problems of practice associated with school improvement. BCII Project tools and practices empower schools and districts to move to independence, applying the BCII tools in numerous future efforts.
Mission
Develop the capacity of school leaders, LTs and schools build a culture of teaching and learning that continuously improves student achievement in all classrooms for all students.
Visit our BCII Instruction website for background information, outline of the training and success stories.
