In 6 years (2015-2021) Positivity Project has expanded nationwide from a single school and 400 students to more than 30 states, reaching 260,000 + children, daily, with it's relevant, easy-to-access, meaningful character-based strategies, lessons and activities, P-12.
Based on the premise that relationships matter, students gain an awareness and appreciation for their own character strengths and learn to leverage those strength to understand, appreciate and empower others.
Mike Erwin, Founder and Trainer, is the CEO of the Character & Leadership Center and co-founder & president of The Positivity Project—a non-profit organization with the mission to empower America’s youth to build positive
relationships and make a difference. He is dedicated to the development of responsible,
capable and empowered citizens, ready to meet the challenges of the 21st C.
Half-Day Training uses trainer-of-trainers model to encourage school-wide ownership.
Once trained, join partnership to access resources, lessons, strategies, videos and support following initial training. ($3,995 annual fee- new partners; $2995 returning partners).
A variety of training options are now available through Positivity Project, including
team, whole school and individual on-line and in-person learning opportunitites for
launch, expansion or refreshing
