Dr. Aleman-Tovar was a former special education and inclusive classroom teacher and now prepares future educators through undergraduate, credential, and graduate courses. Her teaching and scholarship are dedicated to advancing equity and inclusive educational opportunities for culturally and linguistically diverse students with disabilities and their families.
