Teaching Credential Students
We would like to congratulate you for completing the teacher credential program at our campus and wish you the best in your career as a certified teacher.
As you have come to learn, evaluation is an important part of the professional life of a teacher. The success your students have will depend, in large part, upon your feedback. In a similar way, the quality of our credential programs also depends upon the feedback we receive from you and your fellow professional educators.
As part of the completer process from our campus, we would like you to participate in an online evaluation of our teaching credential program. Your comments, suggestions, and responses to our questions will help us identify ways we can make ongoing improvements—improvements that will greatly benefit the students who follow you.
The online evaluation, which should take less than 30 minutes to complete, is ready for use at:

- Create your account
- Complete the demographic information
- Select “California State University, Fresno”
- Enter the Campus Access Code - FSC
- Select from Multiple Subject, Single Subject or Education Specialist.
- Complete the survey and print out the verification of completion and include this form with your credential application.
